Interview Post-2

My supervisor was borned in Brooklyn, NewYork. He went to Erasmus Hawll High School, my supervisor favorite subject is history and his less favorite Subject is math. In high school my supervisor didn't play any sport but after he went to college he like to play basketball.The college that my supervisor went was called John Jay college, he went there in six year and he study medicine and education.At the begining in college he choose medicine but he dislike it and he change to education. After he graduate form college and his friend told him to working at school and teach the children and play with them. He began teaching form 1997 to present and the advice that he give is" Like what you do, love what you do.My supervisor work here about 6 years and his job tittle is Program director.The responsibilities that my supervisor do most often is creating mentoring and supporting.My superviosr direct supervisor his name is Robhin Redmond and his job tittle is Exactly director. The people that my supervisor supervise is depending in different times is about 15 to 30 people.The two challenges that my supervisor face when he working here is to create some interesting and funny program to the children and make sure the children was safe.The best part of my supervisor job is to working with kids because kids will make people younger.The thing that my supervisor like to change is to add more money to this program so more kids can join in this program and have a fun.choose a college that is right for you, before you choosing your major in college you should think about what is your favorite. Before you choose the career you have to think about what is improtant for you. Money or the things that you like to do.

Post 1 -First Impression

My supercior name is Klein Dolcie, he is program director in FDC. From my observation.Mr. klein didn't have his own office because he have to walk around the school to check each classroom and make sure everything is fine and send the kids in the class and help the parent. I think Mr. Klein is a friendly, talk and cheerful person. He talking to the people that from the program and he always laugh. Sometimes he show his professional and confident when he saw a problem. Oftenly he can solve the problem in a short time and the have fun with there job and  the very nice to teacher and student.The place that I working on right now is a elmentry school. The school is not huge and there are about 20 classrooms in each floor. Inside the classroom there are about fifteen to sixteen chairs and table that putting on a classroom. The table and chiars were tiny, I think it's not for the adult it just only for the little kids. The are different parpers that put around in each classroom and those papers show how the students working in the school every day.During the internship there are many students were joined the FDC after program, some of them were not the students of PS.217 they are the students from different school. Also there are two teacher in each class that help the students do their homework and watch them so they can't make trouble.The tasks that I have to completed every day at my internship is is to teach the different grade of students and help them do their homework. Every day after they finish their homework I and one of the teacher will bring them to the gym or the park and let them play with their classmates.In March 5, when the internship began my exact schedule is changed. Every day I leave my house at 8:30 am and go to school, then I come back at 12:45 pm and leave at 2 pm. The program was end at 6 pm, after the program was ended I take the subway and go home.Every day when I go home it almost 7 pm.During the first week of my internship I learn a lot from the the teacher in the elmentry school. Also I realized that the teacher was tried all the times because they have to put alot of patient on all the students and make sure they were all doing well.I like when he send everyday in different class.I like the school and the teacher and helper guys they help the teacher and i like kids how teacher control it was fun.
