Midpoint Reflection

My internship site is call Flatbush Development Corporation (FDC). FDC is a place that to helping people to
solve their problem, there are many different program during the FDC and I am working on the FDC after
school program which to help the kids to finish their homework and projects.Druing this internship, I
learned some new skills that help me to become more professional and sucesful. On the past five weeks I
learned how to deal with different people during my internship and I also learn to be patient all the times.
My internship is to working at the school but the school that I working on right now is very different between
International High School at Lafayette. The reason why is becasue the students' age is different. All the students on my internship site were kids, sometimes they don't like to follow the school rule. When the
students start breaking the rule me or some teachers have to use our loud and powerful voice to stop the
students. The internship that I working on right fun but it also challenging. One challenging thing that I had
when I go to the internship is to remember all the kids name during the after school program is to get at least 125 hours and to learn more new skills. This internship is very helpful and I learn a lot of new
things during this internship. My english skills were improving all the time because I am using english to talk
with different people every single day. Once again, I am very happy that I  could have this opportunity to gain more of my experience.
